Refund Policy

Customers will be picking up all their pre-ordered items directly from the farmers between 12-4pm on the day of the event  (November 14, 2021). It is incumbent on you, the customer, to verify that the items are what you ordered and in satisfactory condition at the time of pick-up. If you have a concern about a product, please contact the farm that the item came from directly. Please do not contact us for returns or product concerns.
