Refund Policy |
Customers must picking up all their pre-ordered items directly from the farmers between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the day of the event (November 9, 2025) unless they have opted for delivery. The customer is responsible for verifying that the items are satisfactory at the time of pick-up or on the day of delivery. Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the product description. If you have a question or concern about a product, please contact the farm that the item came from directly. Refunds MUST be requested at the Fill Your Pantry info booth or on the day of delivery, and will only be processed in the event that organizers agree that the product is damaged or not as advertised. To request a refund, fill out a refund request form at the info booth or email info@lanecountybounty.com with photos of product. Refunds can take up to seven days to process after the day of the event.
