Refund Policy

Customers will be picking up all their pre-ordered items directly from the farmers on the day of the event  (November 11, 2018, 1-5pm). It is incumbent on you, the customer, to verify that the items are what you ordered and in satisfactory condition at the time of pick-up. If you have a concern about a product, please contact the farm that the item came from directly.
