Terms of Service
  • Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order and your items may be donated.
  • Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our member farmers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect."
  • Estimated storage times for various products are based on proper storage conditions. Information is available to help you know how to keep your winter bounty in good condition such as this Storage Primer.

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order. Orders will be charged when they're placed - vendors are required to inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. 

Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the product description.

Refunds can be requested on the day day of pickup or at the time of delivery, and only in the event that the product is damaged or not as advertised. To request a refund, fill out a refund request form at the info booth or email info@lanecountybounty.com with photos of product. Refunds can take up to seven days to process after the day of the event.
