Producer

We harvest our apples from orchards that are no longer in production. These are trees that have not been maintained, not sprayed or pruned for the most part. People are happy to have us out to glean the fruit that would otherwise go to waste.

Once we press the juice from the apples, we send the residual pulp to a friends farm where he feeds it to his animals. We feel very lucky to have this relationship. We all win! Zero waste.
