Winter Green Beef is a Certified Organic and 100% forage fed cattle farm that provides beef to the Willamette Valley and Central Oregon Coast. We manage 250 acres where we use excellent grazing practices to care for the land and produce high quality beef. Co-owners Courtney Moore and Kevin Melia were both raised in Eugene and are now raising their three kids at Winter Green Farm in Noti, OR.

Managed grazing and biodynamic practices are used to build soil, increase biodiversity and improve ecosystem health.
Beyond 100% "Grass" Fed - 100% Forage Fed: A diverse diet of grasses, legumes and herbs leads to extra nutritious and delicious beef.
Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth: We graze organic and non-organic cattle on our organic pastures.*
Grow and harvest winter feed: we make hay and balage (like kraut for cows!) from our certified organic pastures.
