Sourced from Uprising Seeds in Washington, but historically a Maine bean. Medium-sized round beans are richly flavored and great for baked beans and hearty soups. The Uprising folks love this bean and eat more of them than they sell! They recommend cooking them simply and serving them with rosemary and olive oil. Grown using organic practices.
